ELIGIBILITY: The Bubba’s 33 Harley Davidson Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins July 1, 2026 at 8:00am ET and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Bubba’s Holdings LLC (“Bubba’s 33”), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Bubba’s 33 Affiliates”), US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment, or its members, employees and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

BUBBA’S 33 FAN CLUB: When filling out the entry form, you will be given the option of joining the Bubba’s 33 Fan Club (the “Fan Club”). Joining the Fan Club is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning.

You will also have the option of checking a box to receive promotional emails from Bubba’s 33 and another box to receive promotional SMS texts from Bubba’s 33. Checking these boxes is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning. By checking the box to receive emails, you expressly consent to receiving marketing emails from Bubba’s 33. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the emails. By checking the box to receive SMS texts, you are giving your express written consent to receive marketing texts from Bubba’s 33. Message and data rates apply. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON: Entries limited to one (1) per person. Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of the Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries. Bubba’s 33 shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only received and confirmed text entries, and fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Bubba’s 33.

DRAWING: One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic drawing on or about August 3, 2026. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

PRIZE: Winner will receive a base model 2026 Harley Davidson Fat Boy Motorcycle (“Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $20,123.

Prize must be redeemed within one (1) year from Promotion Period (no later than July 31, 2027) and is not transferrable. Prize consists only of the item listed and is non-transferable. ARV is as of date of drafting these Official Rules. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification/award, if any, will not be awarded.

Once a Winner is selected, Bubba’s 33 will purchase Prize from Harley Davidson., subject to the terms set forth herein. Winner must take delivery of Prize from the Harley Davidson dealership designated by Harley Davidson. Harley Davidson. shall use its best efforts, however, to select a dealership that is close to Winner’s primary residence. Prize will be available with standard equipment for the base model 2026 Harley Davidson Fat Boy Motorcycle, as designated by Harley Davidson; any upgrades and options, including, but not limited to, non-standard paint color, additional features, or any trim level above the Base Model are at the sole expense of Winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics are subject to availability. Bubba’s 33 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require Winner to select Prize from available dealer stock. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to Prize after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. Winner will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the collection and use of Prize, including but not limited to, optional equipment, freight and dealer prep, title, license, insurance, registration fees, applicable taxes and any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting Prize. All other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of Winner. Winner must personally retrieve Prize within 30 days of written notification of delivery. Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. motorcycle driver’s license from Winner’s State or place of residence in the United States and proof of insurance to take delivery of Prize; noncompliance may result in forfeiture of prize.

NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by mail, electronic mail, or phone number, as determined solely by Bubba’s 33. Winner will be issued a 1099 Tax Form for the retail value of the prize. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) (collectively "Prize Claim Documents"). If Winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is disqualified or refuses to sign the Prize Claim Documents, Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. At Bubba’s 33’s sole discretion, Winner may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim Prize. Any unclaimed Prize will not be awarded, except in Bubba’s 33’s sole discretion.

NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY: Except as otherwise provided by Bubba’s 33 and/or Harley Davidson, Prize is awarded “AS IS”. Bubba’s 33 makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or Prize. Prize consists only of the item listed, is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Bubba’s 33’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on Prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of Winner.

USE OF NAME, IMAGE, OR LIKENESS: Except as otherwise prohibited by law, by entering Sweepstakes and accepting Prize, Winner grants Bubba’s 33 and Harley Davidson full rights to use Winner’s name, image, likeness, and voice in all forms of media whatsoever in any commercial marketing and/or promotional materials, including, but not limited to, use on social media.

NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Bubba’s 33 and Bubba’s 33 Affiliates are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in Sweepstakes, or Bubba’s 33’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Bubba’s 33 and the Bubba’s 33 Affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of Prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Bubba’s 33; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Bubba’s 33. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. BUBBA’S 33, BUBBA’S 33 AFFILIATES, AND THEIR AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.

OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Bubba’s 33 on all matters related to Sweepstakes are final. Bubba’s 33 reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of Sweepstakes as determined by Bubba’s 33, in its sole discretion. Bubba’s 33 reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. BUBBA’S 33 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

NO AFFILIATION WITH HARLEY DAVIDSON: Sweepstakes is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with Harley Davidson. Entrants are providing their information to Bubba’s 33 and not to Harley Davidson, except as is necessary to complete the manufacture and delivery of Prize.
