Bubba’s 33 Opens Monday

Pre-Opening Events Benefit Ronald McDonald House and Big Brothers Big Sisters

 

(Albuquerque, NM – December 12, 2014) – Bubba’s 33, at 4861 Pan American Freeway, opens Monday, December 15. This week, as the restaurant trained chefs and other kitchen staff, local firefighters, college students and hotel workers were first to try the restaurant’s fresh stone-baked pizzas, fresh-ground burgers, salads, and sandwiches.

Tonight and Saturday, the restaurant will host invitation-only pre-opening events and raise money for the Ronald McDonald House of New Mexico and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

“Both of these organizations are vital resources for residents across the region,” says Frank Garcia, Managing Partner. “We can’t imagine a more meaningful way to celebrate our opening than by partnering with these amazing organizations.”

The 8,400 square-foot sports restaurant, owned by Texas Roadhouse, features made-from-scratch stone-baked pizza, fresh-ground burgers, including our signature Bacon Burger which is made with 33% bacon, ice-cold beer and more TV’s than tables.

The Albuquerque location is the third Bubba’s 33 in the nation and will employ 170 people. The first Bubba’s 33, which opened in 2013 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, was recognized as the Best New Restaurant and Best Sports Restaurant by the Fayetteville Observer. The second Bubba’s 33 opened in Fishers, IN in November.

The restaurant will be open for dinner only Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and is open for lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. and lunch and dinner Sunday from 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
