Bubba’s 33 Valentine's Day 2025 Dinner for two sweepstakes official rules

ELIGIBILITY: The Valentine’s Day Dinner for Two (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on Feb. 1, 2025, and ends on Feb. 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the United States. Participants must be able to provide valid identification in order to enter and/or claim the prize. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. and Bubba’s Holdings LLC (collectively “Sponsor”), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing products or services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

BUBBA’S 33 FAN CLUB and PROMOTIONAL MESSAGING: Upon filling out the entry form, you will be asked to provide certain information and will be given the opportunity to join the Bubba’s 33 Fan Club. Joining the Bubba’s 33 Fan Club is not necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning.

You will also have the option of checking a box to receive promotional emails from Bubba’s 33 and another box to receive promotional SMS texts from Bubba’s 33. Checking these boxes is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes and will not improve your chances of winning. By checking the box to receive emails, you expressly consent to receiving marketing emails from Bubba’s 33. You may unsubscribe any time from marketing emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the emails. By checking the box to receive SMS texts, you are giving your express written consent to receive marketing texts from Bubba’s 33. Message and data rates apply. PRIVACY: Your participation in the Sweepstakes and all information provided by you is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which is found at https://www.bubbas33.com/privacy-policy.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON: Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to one (1) entry per person. Entries generated by robots or scripts are a direct violation of the Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of any and all associated entries. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only received and fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

PRIZE and DRAWING: On or around Feb. 17, 2025, one winner will be chosen for each Bubba’s 33 restaurant, at random, to receive a free Dinner for Two Pass (the “Prize”). The Prize is a voucher up to $50 per visit and is valid for use once per calendar month for 12 consecutive months. Voucher can be used on food items and non-alcoholic beverages only. Total retail value for the Prize if redeemed each calendar month for 12 consecutive months is up to $600 per winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by electronic mail or phone number, as determined solely by Sponsor. Winners will be issued a 1099 Tax Form for the retail value of the prize. Each winner may also be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Public Release (where legal) (collectively “Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, is ineligible or refuses to sign the Prize Claim Documents, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. At Sponsor’s discretion, each winner may be required to produce a picture or some other form of proper identification to claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a different prize of equal or greater value.

NO WARRANTY: Prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Sponsor makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or the Prize. Prize consists only of the item listed, is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on the Prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.

NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates, and/or their agents are are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the entrant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes, or Sponsor’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates, and/or their agents from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Sponsor; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant or Sponsor. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. SPONSOR, SPONSOR AFFILIATES, AND THEIR AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.

OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
